How I build

Code is no longer the bottleneck: I design the architecture, direct AI coding agents as my execution layer, and answer for every line that ships — the speed of a team, without a team's burn rate.

01

Planu current venture · private beta

Turns your nutritionist's plan from a static document into a personal assistant. From a PDF or photo to an interactive week: virtual pantry, smart grocery lists with cost estimates, meal tracking, barcode & receipt scanning, an AI coach that balances your macros.

  • Every AI call runs behind a server-side proxy with global budget caps and a remote kill switch
  • User data lives on-device; the cloud only sees the AI calls
  • Private beta on Google Play, July 2026 — landing live with waitlist

Cybergameshow live · weekly shows

A real-time web platform for live quiz shows: every spectator plays from their phone, an LED wall is the stage, a web control room runs the whole show — MIDI, QLab and Stream Deck included. Co-created with Simone Pellegrino (show director: format, design, content, hardware); I lead the tech stack.

  • Latency-compensated buzzer: fair on shared Wi-Fi and mismatched phones
  • Crash-safe state machine — a server restart mid-show doesn't kick players out
  • Built for 500+ simultaneous players at ~€3/month of infrastructure

JMI Education live since March 2026

The complete platform for Fondazione Gioventù Musicale d'Italia, one of Italy's historic music institutions: multi-step application forms, an AI chatbot that checks live seat availability, newsletter, admin dashboard, automated emails.

  • 41 applications to its advanced music programs — with zero advertising spend
  • Custom Edge Functions instead of paid SaaS → ~€0/month running costs
  • Sole author, 174/174 commits

Braga Librarium in production

Digitisation tool for the "G. Braga" Conservatory of Music: archivists photograph pages of a 1920 handwritten cursive register, Gemini extracts structured records, an editable grid closes the loop.

  • Every human correction feeds back into the prompt as many-shot "gold standard" — accuracy grows with use, no fine-tuning
  • 5,500 records digitised from 220 pages of cursive handwriting
  • Serverless, ~€0/month

Digital Library Braga launching Sept 2026

The other half of the pipeline: a searchable catalogue of the library's historic collection — fuzzy full-text search, an AI assistant with typed tool-calling and verified citations, and pick-to-light shelving: press "locate on shelf" and an ESP32 lights up the right row.

  • Cloud-relay design: the shelf needs no port-forwarding, MQTT broker or public IP
  • Working LED-strip prototype demonstrated; full installation pending hardware purchase
  • AI never touches the database directly — only typed, verified tools

SynTwin in use · on-premise

A "digital twin" pipeline for songs, built for the Department of Neuroscience, University of Chieti (BEAT-AI research project): three-layer analysis — Spotify metadata, audio DSP via Librosa, vocals & lyrics via local Whisper — producing a technical dossier to regenerate the track with Suno AI.

  • Used in research sessions with 30+ measured participants
  • Offline-first: Whisper runs locally, zero recurring costs
  • Cross-source chorus detection: official lyrics × ASR timestamps

Maestro built · deliberately unlaunched

A networking platform for musicians: traffic-light availability calendars, geolocated map search, structured booking negotiations in chat. Backend complete and tested in CI (33 tables, 79 row-level-security policies); the code was produced by a team of AI agents orchestrated via MCP — dependency graph, safety rules, documented hallucination-mitigation.

  • Concurrency invariants live in the database as atomic RPCs — unbypassable from any client
  • Feature flags designed for a marketplace cold-start
  • Not launched by choice: sensitive data deserves real structure before real users — so I shipped Planu first

Beyond the terminal

the other half of the profile

Won a national competition, at 21

Winner of Italy's national teaching competition (PNRR2, Computer Science Lab) — ranked 2nd overall in the Abruzzo region. Now a tenured teacher, on leave until Nov 2028.

Music × software, certified twice

BA and MA in Clarinet at the "G. Braga" Conservatory — both 110/110 with honors — alongside a technical diploma in Computer Science, 100/100. Qualified to teach both.

Research at the AI × music frontier

Essay in press (2026): "Artificial Intelligence at the frontier of Music Neuroscience" (Accademia Italia). Invited speaker, AI Technology Day 2026.

Live events that must work

8 productions in 2025-26 as production secretary for the Conservatory, Teatro Marrucino and Fondazione Gioventù Musicale d'Italia — and 30+ concerts as a clarinetist in FUS-recognised seasons (Italy's national performing-arts fund), Italy & Belgium.

The method
One person can now run an organisation of agents. The scarce part isn't execution — it's knowing what to build, and being accountable for what ships.

Stacks shipped: Flutter/Dart · Kotlin (Jetpack Compose) · Firebase/GCP · Node/TypeScript · Next.js · Supabase/Postgres · Python · hardware (LED walls, DMX stage lighting, ESP32)
